The site is operated by Zante Prime Rentals, based in Zakynthos, Greece. Greek law applies. Jurisdiction: courts of Zakynthos.

Prices, car models ("or Similar"), and availability are indicative and subject to change. Final booking terms are agreed in writing before pickup.
4. Intellectual property
All content (text, logo, photos, design) is owned by Zante Prime Rentals. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for damages from temporary site unavailability or external links. The rental contract is governed by separate terms signed at pickup.
